Which items are Pareve, and what does that entail?

Pareve, is a term meaning it contains neither any meat or dairy product.

Additionally, all of the foods are processed on Pareve equipment.

Are all of your items Kosher?

All of the food items we sell are under the supervision of the Star-K of Baltimore, MD.

You can view the letter of certification here.

Unfortunately, our products are NOT kosher for Passover.

What does the GF symbol mean?

That symbol means that the food itself does not contain gluten. However most of these foods will be processed on machinery/equipment that also processes soy, nuts, wheat, and other gluten-containing foods. Please contact us if you have more questions on this matter.

Which of your foods are vegan and what does that mean?

Every item we sell is vegan, which means it does not contain any animal product or animal by-product.

So we never use meats, fish, eggs, bee honey, milk, cheese, yogurts, and other dairy products. Additionally, none of our foods contains oil.

Note: Oils, meaning extracted or pressed oils. There are natural oils in the whole foods themselves, which are of course in our products.

Are your foods considered healthy or nutritious?

All foods contain nutrition, but that doesn’t mean they are nutritious or health promoting.

We all have a limited amount of food that we can eat each day, so we think you should make every bite count and try to increase your fruit and veggie intake  just like your wise parents taught you!

Based on the research/recommendations of nutrition experts that we trust, we sell foods that promote a whole-food, plant-based diet.

When is the best time to order?
